Adult Classes

Our adult dance program is for dancers, new or experienced, ages 18 and up. We will base the class on the request of the class, mostly focusing on rotating ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop form week to week. Come in and sweat with us and have FUN!!!

Discover Dance

Children will learn basic ballet movement and terminology through fun songs and the use of props. Activities constantly change to hold onto those short attention spans! Dance will allow your two-year-old to build motor skills, grace, and confidence. Student must already be 2.  Participation not required by parent or care giver.

 Designed to refine motor skills and teach basic ballet, tap and tumble  techniques. We strive to create a love of dance, appreciation of music, build self-confidence and develop the ability to learn sequences, patterns and choreography. This class meets once per week for 45 minutes.  This class has no parent participation required. Ages (3-5)

Fall Schedule 



Pointe is the study of ballet while wearing blocked satin shoes that allow the dancer to raise the body onto the tips of the toes. Dancers must be at least 11 years old with a few years of ballet training. They must get a note from a doctor stating that they have had a x-ray and that their feet are mature enough for pointe. They must also be currently studying ballet and have permission from their instructor.

Dance with Me

A creative movement class suitable for ages 18-36 months. Perfect for the child who still needs a little more time before separating from the parent or caregiver. Parents or caregivers participate actively in the class as children learn basic dance steps and terminology through songs, stories, and play. This class will build their self-confidence to help them blossom into beautiful ballerinas!

Acro (acrobatis/tumbling) is centered on fundamental acrobatic technique to increase

flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, timing, body awareness, self-discipline,

and confidence. Classes focus on proper hand placement and body alignment with

emphasis on the muscles and flexibility required to perform proper technique.

Petite Combo Classes Ages (5-6)

Our combo classes allow you to take all 4 classes on one night or just take the ones your child wants to.  

Ballet: For beginner dancers ready to learn the basics of ballet (recommended for ages 5+). Students will build off of the five positions, master plié variations and tendus, among other level-appropriate skills. Dancers will use both barre and centre floor. 

​Tap:This energetic and exciting class is designed to provide young dancers an introduction into the fundamentals of tap dance. Early exposure to the rhythms and unique mind-to-foot connection associated with tap dance will allow students to progress and excel at the art as they move through life.

Jazz: Kiddie jazz is an introductory class with jazz basics to fun and kid-friendly music. Dancers will learn the beginning steps of jazz and work on picking up choreography sequences that fuse together style and technique.

Hip Hop: This class serves as an introduction to hip hop dance for the younger student. Using games and music, the class focuses on rhythm, musicality and basic footwork. It is a great way to get kids moving!

Combo Classes Ages (7-18)

Our combo classes allow you to take all 4 classes on one night or just take the ones your child wants to.  You can come multiple night or week to add more or just come once. 

Ballet: Positions offers  levels of classical ballet, pointe, Ballet Enrichment, and a Teen ballet class for the beginning teen student. Classes focus on ballet technique, proper body alignment, terminology, and musicality.

Contemporary/Lyrical: An expressive form of dance performed to contemporary/jazz music. This class may combine the techniques of modern dance, ballet, and jazz.

​Tap: An expressive form of dance performed to contemporary/jazz music. This class may combine the techniques of modern dance, ballet, and jazz.

Jazz: azz dance is an exploration of style and presentation. Classes emphasize musicality and body alignment, conditioning, stretch and strengthening, rhythm and stylization as well as fun and innovative choreography.

Hip Hop: Hip Hop incorporates a variety of old and new urban dance styles. The dancing represents body movements that go with the beat and rhythm of hip hop music. Hip hop dancing is very dynamic and helps the dancers improve flexibility develop body balance, and coordination.
